Welcome to Heather Love Yoga

I provide a safe and relaxing setting in my home studio for small groups (maximum 8 people) where we can come together to discover the amazing health benefits and the joy of practicing yoga.

I offer yoga to all, from beginners to the more advanced. I also reach out to Seniors and those who may have particular problem areas. I also offer personal and customised one to one sessions to fit your personal practice. In today’s demanding world where stress is a common word I recommend and endorse yoga and meditation as go to aids to alleviate stress and release tension and stiffness. All it takes is an hour on the mat, being in the present moment creating tranquillity, stillness and peace of mind, so we can better cope with our busy lives.
